TJOFLAT, Chief Judge:

The appellants, Mike Doll, Ronald Elbon, and Kent Langworthy, are partners in a real estate development business in Atlanta, Georgia. The Grand Union Company, the appellee, owns and operates a chain of supermarkets, the Big Star Food Stores. The appellants brought this suit against the appellee after it refused to sign a lease for a food store in a shopping center they were trying to develop and the project failed.
