I. Introduction
On June 15, 2006, plaintiff J.C. McCrary (“Plaintiff’ or “McCrary”) commenced civil action number 06-CV-3048 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging, inter alia, that the County of Nassau (“Nassau County”) violated his civil rights.
