The complaint in this case is predicated on Section 10-1 of the General Code of Ohio, and charges the respondent, Homer Z. Bostwiek with gross immorality, and misfeasance and non-feasance, in certain respects as set forth in the complaint. In substance the complaint and the testimony in support thereof relate to the relations of the respondent with one Opal Eversole, and to his actions and conduct with regard to the recovery of a diamond ring which he had given her.
