Joseph Matticks (Claimant) petitions for review of the order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming, as modified, an amended order of Workers’ Compensation Judge Howard M. Spizer (WCJ) that granted Claimant’s claim petitions for specific loss benefits and payment of medical bills.
