GRANT, Justice.
Royal Russell and E.D.S. Energy Development Services, Inc. (collectively referred to as E.D.S.) appeal a judgment based on a jury verdict awarding them nothing on their claims against French & Associates, Inc., Richard C. French & Associates, Inc. (collectively referred to as French), Win-gate Battle, III, and Battle Group of America, Inc. (collectively referred to as Battle).
