Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, (Miller, J.), rendered July 2, 1985, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Prior to trial, the hearing court granted that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress an inculpatory statement he made to the police on the ground that it was obtained in violation of his right to counsel.
