Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Miller, J.), rendered July 2, 1985, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant and two codefendants, Tracy Brown and Mark Bradford, were jointly tried in connection with the robbery and murder of Herman Jean on January 31, 1984.
