OPINION
GARDNER, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on the Motion of the Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore to Dismiss Plaintiffs Amended Complaint and/or Stay Pro ceedings Pending the Outcome of Related State Court Proceedings, which motion was filed February 18, 2004. Plaintiffs response was filed on March 4, 2004. For the reasons articulated below, we deny defendant’s motion to dismiss and motion to stay.
JURISDICTION
