OPINION
CONNOLLY, Judge.
Appellant, a home buyer, brought a misrepresentation claim against respondents, alleging that respondents’ failure to disclose that their home had suffered a fire caused her to incur damages unrelated to the fire. At the start of trial, respondents brought a motion in limine to exclude appellant’s evidence of damages. This motion was granted by the district court after it concluded that “[appellant] has failed to show that the damages complained of are the natural and proximate result of [respondents’] alleged misrepresentation.” Respondents then moved for judgment as a…
