Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. (Jerry’s) brought this action for legal malpractice against the law firm of Larkin, Hoffman, Daly & Lindgren, Ltd. and two of its shareholders, Thomas Stoltman and Gary Renneke (collectively, Larkin). Jerry’s had previously retained Larkin to represent Jerry’s in the purchase of undeveloped land in Woodbury, Minnesota.
