The law firm of Dilworth Paxson, LLP, and Dilworth attorneys Joseph Jacovini, Lawrence McMiehael, and Marjorie-Obod (collectively, “Dilworth”) appeal the trial court’s order denying their preliminary objections to the complaint of Jeffrey E. Perelman and JEP Management, Inc. (collectively, “Jeffrey”).
