The instant writ of certiorari issued from this court on a petition alleging that the respondent municipal court of the city of Des Moines, Iowa, acting by and through Honorable H. H. Sawyer, Judge, exceeded its jurisdiction, and erred in-finding that the petitioners herein were'gnilty of 'contempt, .and in inflicting punishment thereunder. -
