The sole question here presented is whether this court has jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Patents in three suits in equity brought under section 4915, of the Revised Statutes (44 Stat. 1335; 35 USCA § 63), to compel the Commissioner to issue certain patents. The question is raised by motions to dismiss tbe bills of complaint for want of jurisdiction.
