Before JONES, MAGILL * and SMITH, Circuit Judges. PER CURIAM:
Plaintiff-Appellant Joe Alfred Izen, Jr., a Texas attorney, appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of IRS agents Terrance Catalina and James Climer. Izen’s Bivens action alleges that Catalina and Climer engaged in malicious prosecution and retaliation in violation of the Fourth and First Amendments, respectively, when they investigated and prosecuted him for money laundering.
