Plaintiff veterinarian Dr. Jennifer Usiak Altshuler (Dr. Usiak, as that is her professional name) brought this lawsuit against her former employer, Animal Hospitals Ltd., d/b/a The Animal Hospital of Lynn-field (AHL), and its president, Dr. Christopher Meehl. The gist of the Complaint involves Dr. Meehl’s failure to make timely deposits of withheld contributions to Dr. Usiak’s Simple IRA retirement savings account.
