Adron Floyd was incarcerated for six and one-half years after a Michigan state judge imposed an incorrect sentence. Floyd filed a pro se complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that his trial attorney, Timothy Haynes, Unknown Trainer(s), Kent County, Unknown Parole Board Members, Governor Jennifer Granholm, and the State of Michigan violated his federal constitutional rights.
