The only assignment of error to be passed upon in this case is the complaint that the court erred in allowing the accusation against the plaintiff in error to be amended, and in refusing to quash it. The amendment was permitted before the defendant pleaded, and it consisted in changing the ownership of a pistol alleged to have been stolen, and of the house in which it was said to have been contained.
