The matter before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment by several defendants, based upon provisions of the statute of limitations, 10 Del.C. § 8119. 1 The undisputed facts are that plaintiff Deronda Sheppard (hereinafter plaintiff) was an employee at the E.I. DuPont deNemours and Co. Inc.’s (hereinafter DuPont) Edgemoor Plant in Edgemoor, Delaware from 1937 until 1938, and again from 1945 until 1975.
