Louisa Meister died intestate at Milwaukee,, Wisconsin, November 4, 1905, and left her surviving her husband, August Meister, and the plaintiff, her daughter hy a former marriage. The plaintiff had one child,, who is the infant defendant Eugene Oettinger. On the day of her death Louisa Meister conveyed her property, consisting of a house and lot, hy'absolute deed to the defendant Henrietta Draeger. The deed was afterwards recorded.
