DUFFY, District Judge:

The National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “the Board”) found that Eldeco, Inc. (“Eldeco” or “the Company”), committed several violations of the National Labor Relations Act (“the Act”) at its facilities in North Charleston, South Carolina and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
