In the instant suit, Plaintiff challenges the decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration to deny his application for Disability Insurance Benefits. Plaintiff claims complete disability under the Social Security Act starting on March, 23 2010. This matter comes before the Court on Robert Nichols’ (“Plaintiff’) Objections to Magistrate Judge Douglas E. Miller’s Report and Recommendation (“R & R”).
