Before the Court are the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment of Defendant Pottstown Hospital Company, LLC (which operates Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, or “PMMC”), the Motion for Summary Judgment of Defendant Don Y. *683Chung, M.D., and the Motion to Dismiss of Defendant Nainesh Patel, M.D. For the reasons that follow, the motions will be denied.
