This is an action to recover death benefits on an accident insurance contract issued by the defendant to the deceased *625husband of the plaintiff. From a verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff the defendant appeals.
The beneficiary certificate provides for the payment of disability benefits “If the member named in this Certificate shall receive bodily injuries during the continuance of this Certificate through external, violent and accidental means * =:= =:= which shall wholly and continuously disable him * * * .” It also provides that “If death shall result from such injuries alone * * *…
