STOCKARD, Commissioner.
Appellants have appealed from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Nodaway County setting aside an execution sale and sheriff’s deed executed pursuant thereto. A rather complete statement of the facts will be made.
John D. Workman, who is respondent here, and his wife, Gwen Workman, while residents of Texas, executed a promissory note to the First National Bank of Fort Worth, Fort Worth, Texas, in part payment for an automobile.
