This is an appeal from a. judgment denying recovery in a suit for personal damages filed by appellant, C. S. Otto, against appellees, Pat R. Bobo, the Muleshoe State Bank and the City of Muleshoe, the latter two named appellees being hereinafter referred to as the bank and the city.
