On January 7, 1933, appellant, Crawford Marshall, filed this suit in district court of Jefferson county, against appellee, San Ja-cinto Building, Incorporated, for personal injuries received by him while entering at the Orleans street entrance appellant’s fifteen-story office building at the corner of Orleans and Fannin streets in .the city of Beaumont.
