— This action was instituted by the appellant Western Timber Company, a Washington corporation, plaintiff below, against the respondent Kalama Kiver Lumber Company, an Oregon corporation, defendant below, to enforce the specific performance of a contract to sell and convey a large tract of timber land in Cowlitz county, Washington.
