Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Ronald, J., entered November 3, 1917, upon, the verdict of a jury rendered in favor of the plaintiff, in an action on contract.

The sales agent of the appellant sold to the respondent a car-load of flour, and delivered to him a copy of a memorandum of the sale in the following form:
“Seattle Grocery Company (Incorporated.)
“Corner Western Avenue and Columbia Street.
“Phone Main 842.
“Seattle, Wash., April 6, 1917. “Sold to Chauncey Wright,
“L. C. Smith Bldg., Seattle, Wash.
Coffee, Spices, ‘Halcyon’ Food Products,
1 Car Gold Medal Flour............$2,790.46.”
