Big Bass Towing Company appeals the trial court’s denial of its motion to compel arbitration and stay litigation proceedings. In one issue, Big Bass argues the trial court abused its discretion in denying the motion. We affirm.
BACKGROUND
Stephen Akin, a tow truck driver employed by Big Bass, suffered multiple fractures and dislocations of his back and pelvis along with irreversible neurological injuries when a wrecked vehicle he was repairing rolled over and crushed him.
