Reversing.
The Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company is appealing from a judgment directing it to enlarge an existing underpass located on the track passing through appellees’ farm in Jefferson County. The track belongs to the Louisville, Henderson & St. Louis Railway Company, the appellant’s lessor. The portion of the farm on the west extends along the track for 2,775 feet, while that on the east extends along it 4,775 feet.
