ORDER
HAROLD L. MURPHY, District Judge.
This case is before the Court on defendants’ motions to dismiss and several other motions. The defendants have moved the Court to dismiss the complaint on various grounds including a failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted and on the grounds that the Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction. For the reasons which follow, defendants’ motions shall be granted and the case dismissed.
