Plaintiff has .alleged that he is the owner and in possession of the following described property situated in the City of Bogalusa, Parish of Washington, Louisiana:

“One lot or parcel of land in Sections 11 and 14, Tp. 3, S. R. 13 East described as follows, to-wit: Starting where east line of NOGN right of way intersects the north line of John Dur-dino Headright No. 46; thence North 14 deg. 15' East along -right of way 209 feet; thence East parallel to north line of headright 46-30 feet to the point of beginning thence continue east 65.7 feet; thence north 0 deg. 15'-West 209…
