MEMORANDUM OPINION

RICHARD N. DeGUNTHER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the Motion of Bank One — Milwaukee (“Bank One”) to Allow a Late Filed Claim, Debtor’s Memorandum, and Bank One’s Reply to Debtor’s Memorandum.
