Petitioner Evgeniya Kartasheva, a native of the Soviet Union and citizen of Uzbekistan, seeks review of a Board of Immigration Appeals (“Board”) order denying her asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). The Board adopted and affirmed the decision of an Immigration Judge (“IJ”) who found that Kartasheva was not credible and that she had failed to establish eligibility for relief.
