This proceeding came on for trial on the plaintiffs complaint under 11 U.S.C. § 363, and the defendants’ counterclaims to avoid certain security interests under 11 U.S.C. §§ 544, 547, and 548. Lawrence R. Johnson appeared for the plaintiff and Michael B. LeBaron appeared for the defendants. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334, and Local Rule 103(b).
