This matter came on for hearing on the motion of the debtor for an order approving its rejection of two collective bargaining agreements between the debtor and the Miscellaneous Drivers, Helpers and Ware-housemen’s Union, Local No. 638, an affiliate of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America (Union).
