This is a foreclosure suit brought in the district court of Richardson county by the First National Bank of Falls City against Samuel Edgar and-others, to foreclose a lien which-the bank claimed on certain land, arising out of a sale of the land made by Samuel Edgar and Martha Edgar, his wife, to William T. Nutter.
