Mrs. Winnie Higgins filed in Glynn Superior Court an action for damages against Setzer’s Super Stores of Georgia, Inc. In her petition, as amended, she alleged that she went to the defendant’s store about five o’clock in the afternoon on August 11, 1968, for the purpose of purchasing various items of food, including a jar of mayonnaise.
