The First National Bank of Princeton, appellant herein, brought suit on the 19th day of February, 1885, in the Bureau Circuit Court, against Isaac Kurtz, Jr., and Isaac Kurtz, Sr., upon two promissory notes, one for $800, and the other for $1,500, executed by Isaac Kurtz, Jr., as principal, and Isaac Kurtz Sr., as security, and the summons was served upon them on the 27th day of February, 1885.
