RILEY, Circuit Judge.

Sallieuh Jalloh (Jalloh), a native and citizen of Sierra Leone, petitions for review of a final order of exclusion and deportation issued by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). The BIA affirmed the August 19, 1998, decision of the Immigration Judge (IJ), holding the IJ did not err in making an adverse credibility finding, and dismissed the administrative appeal. Jalloh also appeals the BIA’s denial of his motion to reopen. Jurisdiction arises under 8 U.S.C. § 1105a(a) (1994).
