FLAUM, Circuit Judge.
Saidu Sankoh is a native of Sierra Leone seeking asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture. An immigration judge denied his applications and ordered him removed. The Board of Immigration Appeals concurred in the immigration judge’s conclusion and dismissed Sankoh’s appeal. San-koh then moved to this Court, challenging the agency’s decision under several theories. Finding no error, we affirm.
