MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

SARIS, District Judge.

Defendant Shenzhen Chitron Electronics Company Limited (“Chitron-China”) 1 is charged with the allegedly illegal export of defense articles and technology controlled by the Department of Commerce from the United States to the People’s Republic of China. 2 Pursuant to Fed. R.Crim.P. 12, Chitron-China moves to dismiss all charges against it on the basis of insufficiency of service of process and lack of personal jurisdiction. It also asserts that the service of process violates Article 8 of the Agreement on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters…
