In a proceeding to vacate and quash a subpoena duces tecum issued by the Attorney-General of the State of New York pursuant to section 343 of the General Business Law, the parties cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered March 1, 1979, which granted petitioner’s application in part and denied it in part. Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements. Thomas Carvel went into the ice cream business in 1934.
