In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Southold, dated December 15, 1988, which denied the petitioner’s application to build a bridge, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Vaughn, J.), dated July 19, 1989, which dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
