BROOKS, Judge.

The issue presented in this appeal is whether the trial court erred in failing to award attorney’s fees to intervenor Van Waters & Rogers against defendant McKesson Chemical Co.

PROCEDURAL HISTORY

This .case began as an action between plaintiff OEM Repro Products, Inc. (hereinafter “plaintiff”) and defendant McKesson Chemical Co. (hereinafter “McKesson”).
