Before the Court are Defendants Prudential Insurance Company of America’s (“Prudential”) Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record (Rec.Doc. 87) and Lockheed Martin Corporation’s (“Lockheed Martin”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Rec.Doc. 89).
