Attributing their financial difficulties to various acts of the defendants, the plaintiffs brought an action against them seeking damages for breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith, breach of fiduciary duty, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and violations of G. L. c. 93A, § 11. A Superior Court judge allowed the defendants’ motions for summary judgment, and the plaintiffs appealed.
