OPINION

MATHIAS, Judge.

David Corbin ("Corbin") was convicted in Marion Superior Court of Class A felony attempted murder, 1 two counts of Class B felony attempted aggravated battery, 2 Class B felony escape, 3 and Class D felony resisting law enforcement. 4 The court sentenced Corbin to consecutive sentences of fifty years for his attempted murder conviction, enhanced by thirty years for being an habitual offender, 5 twenty years for each attempted aggravated battery conviction and eight years for his escape conviction, for an aggregate sentence of 128 years.
