Estes Express Lines Corporation (“Estes”) appeals the order of the district court granting summary judgment in favor of Emerson Electrical Supply Co. (“Emer son”) requiring Estes to pay for the full value of damaged electrical equipment it transported pursuant to the Carmack Amendment, 49 U.S.C. § 14706.
