JONES, District Judge.

In this contract dispute case, Bizmark, Inc. (“Bizmark”) has filed a motion in limine to exclude impeachment evidence of prior felony convictions of Roger Wells (“Wells”), president of Bizmark, at ,an upcoming trial. Bizmark contends that evidence of Wells’ convictions is inadmissible under Fed.R.Evid. 609(b).
